Refund and Returns Policy

Our policies may be adjusted and adapted over time and be changed without notification.


Our Refund and Return Policy is based on product and/ or service basis. Each item’s individual Refund and Return policy may be unique for that particular item and different form every other item in our catalog.


At this time all apparel sales are final.

Proceeds from the sales of our apparel are donated to non-profit organizations benefitting veterans of the United States Armed Forces. Due to this we are unable to offer refunds for items in which we have donated proceeds from.

All apparel items are made to order, so direct replacement of items will be managed on a case by case basis and this is not a confirmation of a replacement guarantee.

Apparel items offer no warranty and all sales are final.


In the event a refund is given the refund will only be given in the form of store credit.


We only replace items if they are the incorrect design or size.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Customer received incorrect item or incorrect size.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping issues are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All items are shipped USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail and are covered by $100 insurance coverage through the USPS.

Delivery status will be governed by the provided tracking number from the USPS.
