Refunds & Returns:
All of our items are made to order at the time the order is placed, so returns and refunds are not permissible. For apparel items please be sure to order the correct size garment at the time of placing your order.
Shipping:
Once your order has left our facility in the hands of the shipping provider we are no longer liable for your order. If your order is lost or damaged in transit you will need to contact the shipping company and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. All shipping related issues are the responsibility of the customer and will need to handled by the customer.
Shipping Costs:
Items for sale in our online store may be shipped from different locations, depending on the item. All T-shirts and Sweatshirts are shipped from our printing partner in Houston, TX. Whereas, all of our accessories and some apparel items are shipped directly from our 3rd Party Partners. Due to this arrangement each item has its own shipping cost that is assessed by the 3rd Party Partner. Certain items in our store offer reduced shipping costs on duplicate items ordered in a single order, however, these reduced shipping prices are not extended to additional items that are added to your cart that are not duplicates of the original item.
Non-Apparel Items Shipping Terms:
All non-apparel items are produced and shipped from a third party partner. For this reason we must limit the quantities of individual items available for purchase per order to one (1) item per order. We do this to minimize the excessive shipping costs incurred from our third party partner.
